1 - 8 minutes: Interesting MRI information you should know about MRI prior to having one! How much do you really know about MRI? Trying to understand just how strong the magnet is in the MRI machine compared to earth's gravitational pull.
6:40 - You get to see/hear Gage's reaction to a noise he wasn't ready for. :)
8 - 22 minutes: Gage goes full scale nerdy with us as he explains Quenching the magnet in MRI, and the various zones.
22 - 27 minutes: Issues with not doing proper prep prior to an exam and having to reschedule. How can we fully eliminate from patients not fully knowing what they were supposed to do prior to their exams appointment.
27 - 36 minutes: Having to take call to come in to do stat exams, and the effects it has on staffing, the patient, and the providers.
36 - 41 minutes: Looking at a patient with certain clinical symptoms and ordering an exam to diagnose the patient. The issue with this is if the provider knows that if they do diagnose this patient we can not treat them accordingly, so time can be wasted on exams when the patient could have been sent somewhere else and got the treatments they needed.
41 - 44 minutes: If you have kids ALWAYS know where the nearest pediatric hospital is!!!!! We can't say this loud enough because kids are people that are completely different than adults.

1 - 13 minutes: Gage is officially an attending radiologist via a couple weeks ago!!! He talks about why he chose radiology versus another specialty of medicine. Find out if Gage is an introvert or an extrovert?
He goes over the big benefits of radiology that made it the right fit for him, and maybe for someone else out there as well.
Learn how close he was to thinking about going into pathology.
13 - 21 minutes: Why did Dennis choose to get into sonography versus other parts of radiology. Find out what Dennis Initially went to school for straight outta high school.
21 - 23 minutes : We briefly touch on about the longevity of working in radiology. Musculoskeletal issues that may happen doing sonography. Also issues being a radiologist just being sedentary and sitting while reading all day.

5- 8 minutes: What it was like when Dennis went through school with competency to how it has changed. Doing competencies at various programs for sonography.
9- 10 minutes: A great B mode scanning tip for kidneys and stones. (try it out if your a sonography with stones and you wont do it another way again).
10- 12: Different ways to get students scan time and make the sonographers comfortable.
13- 20: Tips for new sonographers enter into the workforce. Gage gives great tips new rads and sonographers. Treat every patient like the people you love.
22- 24: Having to put the sonographer impression papers into the patient's medical records. Pros and cons.
25- 30: We have all missed things on accident and made a mistake. Different skill levels make a difference in everything you do. Experience is key.
30- 36: The amount of exams we do in the duration of a year, whenever you do something over and over it creates more opportunity to miss something.
36- 42: Once you are a new grad the amount of growth happens in the first 5 years is huge.
